Brand Content Creator - Lifestyle
Designing Business is seeking a contract Brand Content Creator to produce elevated photo and video content for brands in wellness, beauty, mental health, hospitality, retail, and other lifestyle industries.
This position begins as a part-time contract role (approximately 10–15 hours per month), with opportunities to grow alongside our client portfolio.
Our creators don't simply document businesses, they help tell the stories behind them. Every photo, every video, and every frame should strengthen a client's brand.

What You'll Do
You’re not just “creating content” at Designing Business. You will,
Photograph businesses, products, interiors, services, and people
Capture engaging short-form video content
Film authentic behind-the-scenes moments
Work independently during scheduled content sessions
Deliver organized, high-quality media within agreed timelines
Adapt your style while maintaining each client's unique brand identity and representation of DB.
What We're Looking For
Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and storytelling
Comfortable directing clients when needed
Reliable transportation for local travel
Professional communication
Organized file management
Ability to work independently
Experience with social-first content preferred

Designing Business is seeking a contract Brand Content Creator to produce strategic photo and video content for skilled trade businesses including construction, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, pipefitting, roofing, excavation, landscaping, manufacturing, and other industrial industries.
This position begins as a part-time contract role (approximately 10–15 hours per month), with opportunities to grow alongside our client portfolio.
Our creators don't simply document projects—they create visual assets that help our clients build trust, win larger contracts, recruit employees, and showcase the expertise they've spent years developing.

What You'll Do
You're not just documenting projects at Designing Business. You will:
Photograph active jobsites, completed projects, equipment, vehicles, and crews.
Capture engaging short-form video that highlights craftsmanship and professionalism.
Document before-and-after transformations.
Create content that helps clients market their expertise and differentiate themselves from competitors.
Work independently during scheduled content sessions.
Deliver organized, high-quality media within agreed timelines.
Adapt your shooting style while maintaining each client's unique brand identity and the professional standards of Designing Business.
What We're Looking For
Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
Comfortable working outdoors and in changing environments.
Comfortable around active construction or industrial worksites while following all client safety requirements.
Reliable transportation for local travel.
Professional communication and organization.
Ability to work independently.
Experience in or around skilled trades is preferred, but not required.
Curiosity to learn how different industries operate and what makes each business unique.
